RarestCards.com is operated by Callum Stewart, a sole trader in Northern Ireland. By accessing or using the site (the "Site"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
The service
RarestCards.com provides reference information, rarity guides, and pricing indicators for trading card games, along with an optional personal collection tracker. Content is provided for informational and editorial purposes only and does not constitute financial, investment, or grading advice.
Not an official retailer or publisher
RarestCards.com is an independent reference site and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or an authorized dealer for Pokémon, Wizards of the Coast, Bandai, Konami, TCGplayer, Cardmarket, eBay, Amazon, or any other card publisher or marketplace referenced on the Site. Card names, images, and logos remain the property of their respective owners and are used for identification and editorial purposes.
Pricing and data accuracy
Prices, rarity classifications, and set data are aggregated from third-party sources (including TCGdex, the Pokémon TCG API, TCGplayer, and Cardmarket) and may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate. Always verify current price and availability directly with the merchant before making a purchase decision.
Affiliate disclosure
The Site participates in affiliate programs, including the eBay Partner Network and the Amazon Associates Program, and uses partner links to TCGplayer and Cardmarket. Accounts
If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. Collection quantities and wishlist cards are stored locally in your browser and synced to your account when you are signed in. Without an account, clearing browser storage or changing devices may remove access to your locally stored collection and wishlist.
Acceptable use
You agree not to scrape, reverse-engineer, or overload the Site; attempt to circumvent affiliate tracking or redirect logic; or use the Site for any unlawful purpose.
Disclaimer of warranties
The Site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RarestCards.com will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or reliance on its content, including purchase decisions made via affiliate or outbound links.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Northern Ireland, and the courts of Northern Ireland will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. This does not remove any statutory consumer protections you are entitled to in your own country of residence.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
