RarestCards.com is operated by Callum Stewart, a sole trader in Northern Ireland ("we", "us", "our"). We publish reference and collector guides for trading card games. This policy explains what information we collect from visitors in the UK, US, and worldwide, how we use it, and the choices available to you.

Information we collect

• Account information: if you sign in, we receive your name, email address, and profile image from your chosen sign-in method (Google OAuth or email link).
• Collection tracker data: the cards and quantities you mark as owned, and the cards you add to your wishlist, are stored locally in your browser (localStorage). When you are signed in, your collection and wishlist are also synced to your account so they can be used across sessions and devices.
• Server and click logs: standard technical data (IP address, user agent, timestamp, referring page) is logged when you load pages or click an outbound merchant link, for security, fraud prevention, and affiliate reporting.
• Advertising identifiers: if advertising is enabled on this site, Google and its partners may set cookies or use similar technologies to serve and measure ads (see below).

Cookies and similar technologies

We use a small number of essential cookies/local storage entries to keep you signed in, remember your theme preference, and save your local collection and wishlist. If Google AdSense is active on this site, Google and its advertising partners may use cookies, web beacons, and device identifiers to serve personalized or non-personalized ads and measure performance. Affiliate links and third-party merchants

This site participates in affiliate programs, including the eBay Partner Network and the Amazon Associates Program, along with partner links to TCGplayer and Cardmarket. When you click a buy link, we route you through a redirect that records the click and may add an affiliate identifier before sending you to the merchant's site. Once you leave RarestCards.com, that merchant's own privacy policy governs any information you provide to them.

How we use information

• To operate, maintain, and secure the site.

This site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
